As per the details this man had a facial resemblance to one of the former Iraqi high command officer. He used this to loot people. This man told the locals that he will give them gold once he returns to his main country. The people believed in him.
This man took money from them and told them that he will get his visa and other matters solved. Now people in greed of gold used to give him and then this man tend to run away from that area. He played this trick with a lot of people in different states.
